The Harpist Entertains
Pauline Carter beguiles the residents of Hyne Town House with her
performance of traditional ballads and renditions of more conteporary
music at a concert held at the home on Thursday 7th March
.
Pauline makes her performances even more entertaining by explaining the
background to the ballads and the stories which brought about their
place in our musical memory.

A Feast of Entertainment
In response to popular demand we have secured the services of "The Musical Gentlemen" for the remainder of 2012.
These two entertainers have proved to be extremely popular with
residents and their families alike and have produced some highly
professional concerts in our Garden Room on many occasions.

Lord Mayor of Dartmouth Visits Hyne Town House
Paul Allen, Lord Mayor of Dartmouth paid a Christmas visit to Hyne Town
House accompanied by his Sergeant at Arms to present gifts of sweets and
chocolates to the residents.
The Mayor, resplendent in his chain of office estimated to be worth over
£180,000, enjoyed tea and freshly baked biscuits in the Home's dining
room.
Councillor Paul Allen, Mayor of Dartmouth Town Council.
